Soul-Reaper V.1: Hollow Within - View Profile: Kando Oyumi

Synopsis

Five years ago, the Soul Society faced one of its hardest decisions. Two of the captains had been dealing with the Hollows, even trying to control them. If this kept on going as it was, then eventually things would turn bad. But, if the Soul Society decided to send the two captains away, the they would be facing serious casaulties, since the two were their best Soul Reapers. Eventually the decision was made for them. One of the two captains, Sochiro, had killed his partner and then fled the Soul Society and into the human world. Knowing what they had to do, the Soul Reapers set out to bring him down.

As the months past, it was decided that it was time to settle down. Sochiro was nowhere to be found, and most likely he'd been killed during one of his experiments to control the hollows. This was what made the Soul Society to finally relax and let down their guard. Unfortuantely, this was their greatest mistake...

One day, Sochiro arrived back in the Soul Society, and single handedly brought three captains down. His powers were unheard of, and many believed that it was the end. However, just when he was about to destroy the last of the captains, a single Soul Reaper managed to bring him down. In the attempt, however, the Soul Reaper, Turuthe, had died in the attempt. In honor of his sacrifice, the Soul Society create a monument of him, placed in the middle of the Soul Society, where it would stand as a symbol of hope.

Just recently, another traitor had been found. It turns out that he was Sochiro's apprentice, and had been left all of his data. By the time the Soul Reapers could react, it was already too late. The apprentice, Pandora, had began experimenting. During one of his experimnets, Pandora had discovered that inside of every Soul-Reaper, there was something lurking...something...Hollow.

By the time the Soul Reapers arrived, Pandora was already something else. He had the power of a Soul Reaper, but the body and endurance of a Hollow. Before the reapers could discover what had happened, they were dead. But this was just the beginning of a new age...Pandora was just one of the first to discover the Hollow WIthin, and soon, many more would join his side...
